Please read these terms carefully before using WorthSnap. They set out the rules for using our service and your rights as a user.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WorthSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of WorthSnap constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of the Service
WorthSnap is a personal finance management tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or overburden our systems.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@worthsnap.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Financial Information Disclaimer
WorthSnap provides financial tracking and insights as an informational tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. WorthSnap is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of WorthSnap — including the AI models, design, code, and branding — are the exclusive property of WorthSnap and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.
6. AI & Accuracy
WorthSnap uses AI to extract and categorise receipt data. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-extracted data may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies in your financial records. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-processed information.
7. Subscription & Payments
Certain features of WorthSnap may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the relevant app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play).
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
